INTERIOR

The house consists of two living units each with its own kitchen, dining area, bedroom with double bed and air conditioning and a wonderful new bathroom with shower. In the second unit there is next to the comfy double  bedroom also a mezzanine with very comfortable new sofa bed. Also in the first unit there is a sofa bed in the living area. The living units are not internally connected but have their common terrace.

OUTDOOR

Casa Monforte is located in a very quiet but not secluded spot. The house is set in spacious grounds with private gardens and a stunning new swimming pool with lounging area. In the garden there is a lovely pergola that provides shade during the warmer hours. Adjacent to the house and opening onto both kitchens, there is a nice terrace with table and chairs that can accommodate 8 people.

On the property but separated from the cottage, there is a charming independent farmhouse that is occasionally on the weekends occupied by an elderly family member. This house has a separate independent entrance and guarantees complete privacy for our guests.
