INTERIOR

The entrance lies in the area where the original “cantina” used to be. Beyond it, a modern and fully-equipped kitchen stands as a combination of charm and contemporary convenience. Large windows flood the space with natural light, highlighting the open space and dining area, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Next to it, you will find a living space with a cozy fireplace, TV and a comfortable couch.

Additionally, there are four contemporary and roomy bedrooms, including one on the ground floor, all equipped with double beds. The fifth bedroom features a bunk bed, ideal for children. The accommodation includes two generous bathrooms with showers, and one bathroom boasting both a shower and a bathtub.

The view from the house is splendid. On a clear day you can see the Alps in the background. The expansive outdoor space unfolds as a haven for shared moments and relaxation. A generously sized patio furnished with comfortable seating and shaded by a pergola, becomes the perfect spot for family gathering and al fresco dining. Another lounge area is organized in the front yard with some comfy garden furniture and a parasol to provide extra shade. A beautiful infinity-pool (5 x 10m -depth 1m40) with sunbeds allows you to relax and chill on a sunny day. An outdoor shower is available too.
