The upper level features four stylish bedrooms and one single bedroom, designed for comfort and privacy.
A double bedroom connects to a single bedroom, sharing a modern bathroom with walk-in shower — ideal for families with children.
The master suite is exceptionally spacious, with an elegant en-suite bathroom and serene views over the vineyards.
Two further double bedrooms share a connecting bathroom, each with private access.
All the double bedrooms and common spaces have air conditioning, except for the single bedroom and kitchen, which are equipped with a ceiling fan.

The villa opens onto a large private courtyard, leading to a beautiful covered portico that frames sweeping panoramic views over the rolling hills and vineyards of Piemonte.
In the lower part of the garden lies a private swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols — perfect for relaxing under the Italian sun. The pool deck connects to a large garage with a service toilet, a spacious table tennis room and the wine cellar to enjoy indoor aperitifs.
